This year I got a chance to photograph birds in Florida. Thanks to my friend, now my mentor “Tommy Nguyen” for giving me this opportunity. Enjoyed learning the behavior of birds and their environment and how it changes with weather conditions.

Along with photographing birds I had fun and quality time with friends.
It was fun watching these burrow owls.

The Wood Stork Carrying nesting material.
Wood Stork is a unique and impressive bird that plays an important role in wetland ecosystems by controlling fish populations and contributing to nutrient cycling. it was previously designated as a threatened species due to habitat loss and degradation. Conservation efforts, such as wetland restoration and protection, have helped increase their numbers.

Enjoyed watching this Roseate Spoonbill from a close distance. Like the beautiful pink color.
the Roseate Spoonbill is a stunning bird with its vivid pink plumage and spoon-shaped bill. Its unique appearance and behavior make it a popular sight for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.
Roseate Spoonbills are native to the Americas, with the largest populations found in coastal areas of the southern United States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. They prefer habitats such as marshes, swamps, and mangrove forests, which provide them with suitable nesting and foraging grounds.
One of the wonderful memory is watching this Osprey catching fish and hiding it from eagle which chased it and finally eating its catch from a boat.

Ending the day with a gorgeous sunset.
